MICHAEL KOSS

Michael is a seasoned Commercial Lawyer and entrepreneur with extensive experience across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. His expertise in running businesses, executing capital raises, establishing companies in Australia and expanding companies internationally has equipped him with practical insights that he eagerly shares with his clients.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws and a Master of Laws from Monash University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He has a diverse legal background, including practicing commercial law and serving as a mediator for business, startup, and construction disputes.

In his commercial endeavours, Michael has established and directed companies in Australia, India and the UAE, coordinated cross-border capital raises, and advised startups from seed stage to Series E. His notable achievements include:
