Sending an enquiry
The enquiry form is provided through Jotform and displayed within this website. When you submit it, your responses are sent to Jotform and stored in Novulex’s connected Jotform account for the practice to review. The form displays a confirmation after a successful submission.
An enquiry does not create an engagement. Novulex must consider conflicts, fit and capacity and agree the scope and fee basis before acting. The practice has not accepted responsibility for a deadline unless it expressly agrees to do so.
Information to provide
The form asks for contact details, your business or role, matter type, relevant jurisdiction, other parties’ names, timing and a brief outline. Your phone number and referral source are optional. These details help the practice consider the enquiry and contact you about next steps.
Please provide only what is needed for that initial review. Do not send confidential documents or detailed sensitive information. The form does not accept document uploads.
The form provider
Jotform processes the form information and technical data needed to provide its service. The provider may use its own cookies and related technologies. Its privacy policy explains its information-handling practices. This website does not publish enquiry responses.
You can contact info@novulex.com.au directly if you prefer not to use Jotform or want to discuss information handling before sending an enquiry.
Website operation
Novulex has not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics script to this site. The hosting platform and embedded form provider may process technical information and use security technologies to operate their services.
Questions about your information
Contact info@novulex.com.au to ask about personal information provided with an enquiry, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. This notice describes the website enquiry process. Further information-handling terms may apply when an engagement is agreed.
