Engagement and deadlines
Contacting Novulex or sending an enquiry does not itself create an engagement. The practice must consider conflicts and capacity and agree the work and fee basis before acting. Do not assume that a deadline is being attended to unless the practice has expressly agreed to do so.
Service boundaries
Novulex focuses on commercial and corporate law. The practice does not undertake residential conveyancing, settlements or private-client work and does not operate a trust account. Advice outside the agreed scope requires a separate arrangement or the appropriate specialist adviser.
